





KITE SURFING PACKAGE
Kite surfing is a sport driven by core strength. You need to be strong enough to unhook the kite from your harness when you need to. Upper body strength therefore plays a huge part in this action. Although kitesurfing is not very aerobic ie. like getting out of breath when running, it does create muscle fatigue very quickly which can wear you out. A program with me will increase your VO2 levels and develop the correct muscles to prevent injuries.
