"We Are What We Eat"
As a qualified Nutrition and Weight Management specialist the program is offered separate to that of personal training. You will complete a diary of what you eat and do physically throughout the day from the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed. This will enable me to balance your physical output with your food intake.
"Everyone is different"
One of my clients by example: A working mother: She walks the kids to and from school twice a day and has a brisk walk for 20mins during her lunch break too. She was eating what she considered to be a balanced diet. By calculating her output per day based on her lifestyle she is actually allowed to consume 2500 calories per day. By then calculating that she was actually only consuming 1700 calories in food it became clear why she was suffering with fatigue. Of course, it works the other way too, where someone is not doing enough exercise to account for the calorie intake.
It may be as simple as losing the cup of hot chocolate at your afternoon break that is putting you over your calorie intake.
