As a qualified and experienced ABA boxing coach I set programs on a regular basis. Boxing is more than just punches it is a technique that, when done correctly, is an effective way to build muscle strength, burn calories and increase VO2/fitness level. Great for improving the upper body definition ie. slim waist toned upper body.
The programs I set will be at levels to suit the individual, and women benefit from this form of exercise too because technique is as effective as power. Sarah (in the picture to the left) is also one of my clients who is progressing exceptionally well. Progression is only allowed when the required standards are met at each stage. This can be a full or non contact form of exercise. The boxing training regime at its highest is an intense workout with guaranteed results. I always ensure variety and challenges.
