Exercise Programme designed for you - You may hate jogging, hate aerobics, only have certain times of the day to suit. I will create a program that works around you. I will also create a fitness and exercise programme to be followed outside of your personal training dates unless you specifically want more than once a week contact. How motivated are you?

Assessments - I will do initial fitness assessments to determine how hard you should be pushed such as blood pressure, resting heart rate. I will consider your Vo2 max ie. fitness level, muscular endurance, flexibility testing and most importantly your posture analysis. I will also look at your BMI (Body Mass Index). I will assess you regularly throughout your programme and your body measurements are taken so that you are able to see the difference.

Core stability - I concentrate a lot on the core. Perhaps you want a flatter stomach or achieve the perfect 6-pack abs. For others, good abdominal strength/endurance and tone may be essential for a particular sport, or they have been advised to train the muscles of the torso to aid in the rehabilitation or prevention of back problems. This program I can offer doesn't mean the more traditional exercises (such as crunches) should be abandoned; rather it provides you with an increased repertoire of exercises. I will include functional exercises that will show improvements in activities of daily living, while adding variety to the training. This approach also helps improve muscle awareness, which improves technique and training outcome.

Torso Training programme - The torso is an integrated interdependent unit, not just abs, abs, abs. Having achieved the correct body positioning with core stability this element now deals with a variety of methods for overload and progression of the client.
