A free One-to-One initial consultation

I will discuss with you your aims and objects and any specific goals. Sometimes individuals occupation and leisure activities are contributing significantly to their health and don't even realise it, this can be in a positive or negative way. I will also discuss your eating habits and assess your boundaries such as time, space, equipment and other influencing factors such as family.

30 minute taster session

I will show you some basic techniques of what you can expect during your sessions.   

PAR -Q Form

This involves details of your medical history as I will need to be aware of any conditions that may affect the way we train. If there are serious concerns I will refer you to your doctor before commencing any program.
