As well as a qualified personal trainer I am also an experienced ABA boxing coach now based at Wessex ABC. My main belief is that fun and variety keeps you motivated. As a family man I appreciate the stresses and strains of work/leisure balance and can produce goal specific programs tailored to your needs. My aim is to make exercise a habit you will not want to break.
